Redline Powersports respects user privacy on our web sites. This privacy statement is designed to provide information about the privacy and data collection practices for sites owned and operated by Redline Powersports LLC and its subsidiaries (the "Sites").

Identifying Information

In these instances, Redline Powersports will ask for your name, address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number or other appropriate information needed to provide you with these services. In all instances, it will be clear to you that you are submitting this type of information. In addition, if you choose to receive a newsletter or other mailing from us, you will always be able to "unsubscribe" to these mailings as described in the Opting-Out section below.

What Redline Powersports Will Do With Your Information

If you choose to give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by Redline Powersports and is used by Redline Powersports only to support your customer relationship with us. For example, we may send you a mailed announcement of product upgrades, special offers, and other new products and services from Redline Powersports. Except for third parties acting on behalf of Redline Powersports for some services as we discuss in the next section, Redline Powersports will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent unless we believe we are obligated to provide it under law such as in response to a request from law enforcement officials. Redline Powersports may also enhance or merge your information collected on the web site with data from other Redline Powersports sources or third parties for purposes of marketing products or services to you.

What Others May Do With Your Information

Redline Powersports does not share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through the Site (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations. From time to time Redline Powersports may use third party agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services for Redline Powersports (such as a database management service) but only in accordance with this stated privacy policy. And Redline Powersports requires certain safeguards in place by any vendors with access to personal data collected by Redline Powersports, including a written commitment to keep the information confidential and to only use the data to carry out the services for Redline Powersports. In addition, Redline Powersports may also share aggregate information about its customers and its web site visitors to advertisers, business partners, and other third parties.  None of this information, however, will contain personal, identifying information about any of our users.

Opting Out

Redline Powersports provides several easy means for you to tell us you do not wish to continue to receive e-mails. If you do not want to receive any information about products or services, you can simply tell us at the time you give us your personal information by checking the appropriate box. You will also be able to respond to any e-mail you receive from Redline Powersports by replying to the "unsubscribe" information included with each mailing. You can also advise us by letter to the address below at any time.

Collecting Aggregate Data and Cookies

Like many web sites, Redline Powersports collects non-personal data about how the site is being viewed. Most non-personal data is collected via cookies or other analysis technologies. The Site includes analysis features which enable Redline Powersports to capture aggregate data about how the site is used, such as amount of total traffic, number of page views or number of unique visitors. This feature does not capture personal identifying information about any visitors to the Site. Redline Powersports reviews this data and uses it only for internal purposes of assessing and for managing the Site. Please note that once you click on one of these sites, you leave the Redline Powersports Site and Redline Powersports has no control or responsibility for the privacy policies or data collection activities at another site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements at those sites as you visit them.  

Changes to this Policy

Redline Powersports may from time to time revise its privacy policy. We will not, however, use your existing information in a manner not previously disclosed. You will be advised and have the opportunity to opt out of any new use of your information.
