TERMS OF SALE

All products and/or services are provided for CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY.

Therefore, all products and/or services are provided without warranty of any kind; Redline Powersports disclaims all responsibility for consequential and incidental damages or any other loss arising from the use of any products and/or service provided by Redline Powersports and/or it�s vendors, suppliers, contractors, etc. irrespective of how caused.

Redline Powersports provides part numbers as a courtesy; it is the customer's responsibility to confirm all part numbers before placing orders. Redline Powersports will NOT accept returns of incorrectly ordered items.

Redline Powersports MUST be notified of any incorrectly shipped items within 3 days of receipt and all items MUST be returned for exchange within 14 days and in the original unopened packages. A return authorization number will be issued at the time Redline Powersports is notified of error � NO returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Redline Powersports does NOT issue refunds.

Special orders, orders shipping outside of North American and orders totaling $200.00 or more must be paid for at the time the order is placed with Redline.

All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. International orders, including Canada, ship via Postal Service Express Mail Service (EMS), unless otherwise requested. Shipping, shipping insurance and COD charges are NOT included in prices listed on this web-site, and, unless listed as a separate item, are NOT included in written quotes.

All items are shipped insured for actual value, see Shipping Information page for further information, limitations, etc.

Many prices listed on this web-site are based on foreign currency exchange rates and are affected by fluctuations in these exchange rates; therefore prices are subject to change without notice.

Redline Powersports will assess a $30.00 returned check fee on all checks not honored by the bank for any reason.

Additional terms and conditions may be found on our web-site (www.redline-ci.com), estimates and/or invoices. Use of products/services provided by Redline Powersports constitutes acceptance of ALL of Redline Powersports terms and conditions.

POLICIES REGARDING SALES TO INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA) CUSTOMERS

1) PRICING - All prices are in United States currency.

2) PAYMENT - The full amount of the order is to be paid at the time the order is placed. Payment must be

confirmed before shipping. All payments MUST be made in United States currency (USD), payments in

other currencies will be refused.

3) PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

A. CREDIT CARDS � Redline Powersports accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards for

international sales, contingent upon the following additional requirements being met.

For your first credit card order with Redline Powersports, the following documentation is REQUIRED at time

of order:

1. A legible copy of both sides of the credit card, showing:

Credit card number
Expiration date
Number code on the back of the card
Name, exactly as is appears on the card
Billing address for the credit card (where the bill is sent)

2. A legible copy of the credit card holder�s government issued photo identification (driver's license or

passport)

Copies of the required documents can be faxed to (510) 523.1883 or emailed to sales@redline-ci.com.

The above documentation may also be required whenever a change in credit card information is made.

B. WIRE TRANSFER - Redline Powersports accepts payment via wire transfer for international sales.

We will forward our bank information upon your request.

Wire transfers must specify �full amount to be paid to beneficiary (Redline Powersports)�.

C. PAYPAL - Redline Powersports accepts payment via PayPal. We will forward our account information

upon your request.

4) SHIPPING & INSURANCE - Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all international shipments are

sent via Express Mail Service (EMS) to your country. These shipments are insured for actual value with

the United States Postal Service. Delivery via EMS usually takes 3-5 days from date of shipment, see

Shipping Information page for further information.

5) LEGAL REQUIREMENTS - It is the solely the customer�s responsibility to insure that any and all legal

requirements of their country are met prior to shipment, including ALL required import licenses and

permits. Any and all import dues and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
